No. Direct primary care is a medical membership covering defined primary care services. Members should maintain appropriate coverage for emergencies, hospitalization, surgery, specialists, advanced imaging, and services outside the membership.

The membership includes unlimited medically appropriate visits for covered primary care services, subject to scheduling availability and the membership agreement.
Can I join without an employer?
Yes. Individuals and families may contact 24Sculpt Health directly to ask about available membership options.
Can this be paired with an employer health plan?
Yes. Direct primary care may be paired with fully insured, level-funded, or self-funded health plans. 24Sculpt Health welcomes collaboration with licensed benefits brokers and plan administrators.
Can family members be included?
Employer plans may be structured for employees only or may include spouse and dependent options. Direct individual and family memberships may also be available.
Can I still use health insurance?
Yes. Insurance may still be used for prescriptions, specialists, emergency care, hospitalization, imaging, and other services outside the membership.
What happens when a member needs emergency care?
Direct primary care does not replace emergency services. Anyone with emergency symptoms should call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
