Are there copays or visit fees?
There are no copays or additional charges for included visits. Services, medications, testing, or procedures outside the membership may have separate costs.
Can I still use health insurance?
Yes. Insurance may still be used for medications, specialists, emergency care, hospitalization, imaging, laboratory services, and other care outside the membership.
Can children be enrolled?
Dependent children may be enrolled through an eligible family or adult membership according to the membership terms.
What happens if I have an emergency?
Direct primary care does not replace emergency services. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for emergency symptoms.
