Do I need a membership?
No. Eligible patients may purchase a one-time online urgent-care visit for $29.99, or choose an optional urgent-care membership for recurring access.
Who reviews my visit?
Your submitted medical information is reviewed by a Board-Certified Physician.
Will I always receive a prescription?
No. A prescription is provided only when the physician determines that medication is medically appropriate for your condition.
Where will my prescription be sent?
If medication is prescribed, it will be sent electronically to the pharmacy you selected during your intake.
How will I know my visit has been reviewed?
You will receive an email notification when your visit has been reviewed. If a prescription is sent, you will also be notified. Detailed medical information may be provided separately using the communication method established for your visit.
Can every condition be treated online?
No. Some symptoms require an in-person examination, testing, imaging, laboratory evaluation, or emergency care. If online treatment is not appropriate, you may be directed to seek additional evaluation.
Do you accept insurance?
Online urgent-care visits are offered as a direct-pay service. Insurance is not required to purchase a visit.
